About these terms

These terms apply whenever you engage Raqmi Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales, to design, build, or provide any website, software, AI agent, or related service. By instructing us to start work, you agree to these terms alongside anything set out in your specific project quote or proposal, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Quotes and pricing

We don't publish fixed prices on our website, since most projects are scoped individually. Any price we give you following an enquiry is an estimate until confirmed in writing, and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Most projects are priced as a one-off fee for the initial build, plus an optional monthly retainer for ongoing support, maintenance, or continued services afterwards. Your quote will set out clearly which parts of the work are one-off and which, if any, are ongoing.

The project process

• Work begins once we've agreed scope, price, and timeline in writing.
• We'll keep you involved with check-ins as the project progresses, rather than disappearing until the end.
• Significant changes to scope after work has started may affect price and timeline. We'll always flag this before proceeding.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are invoiced in stages (for example, on start, at a midpoint, and on completion). Payment terms will be confirmed on each invoice. Late payment may pause ongoing work until resolved.

Ongoing services and retainers

Every project starts with a one-off fee to design and build the work. Once it's live, ongoing needs like hosting, maintenance, continued support for NAVIG8 or an AI receptionist, and digital marketing or SEO are covered by a separate monthly retainer. Where you're on a retainer:

• The retainer fee is billed monthly in advance and covers the scope agreed in your quote.
• Unused time or work in a given month doesn't roll over or carry credit into the next.
• Anything beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we start it.
• Either party can end a retainer with 30 days' written notice, unless a different notice period is agreed in writing.

Ownership

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverable (the website, software, or agent we built for you) transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

Support

Any post-launch support period will be set out in your project quote. Support beyond that period, or for issues unrelated to our original work, can be arranged separately.

Liability

We'll deliver work to a professional standard, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, rankings, or traffic) resulting from a website, system, or AI agent we build. Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing before completion. You'll be liable for the cost of work completed up to that point.
